We started collecting anonymous idioms and sayings sometime between 2016-2017 in an attempt to perhaps find, or rather - create - a culture in midst of a changing community that could dovetail a new vision alongside an old tradition. What has resulted is in hundreds of humorous and surprisingly insightful sayings that together chronicle the hope, wit, wisdom, and cynicism that characterizes the North Fork. Some may say it’s gossip; we call it a record of a new home. #northforktalk no.01 2021 is brief aggregate of the subconscious mind of the North Fork.
